This sweepstakes is your chance to win a cash prize of $150,000 or the item(s) displayed in the advertisement, with the option of a $150,000 cash prize instead. The sweepstakes starts on January 1, 2023 and ends on December 31, 2023. Simply enter the sweepstakes by clicking on an invitation, completing a registration form, and taking a survey. Once you complete the survey, you'll find out instantly if you've won a prize.

 

To participate, you must be a legal resident of the United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico and at least 18 years old. If you're a minor, you'll need parental consent to enter. Employees of the sponsor and administrator, as well as their family members and those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate. By entering, you agree to abide by the official rules and decisions of the sponsor and administrator.

Authorized Account Holder: If there's a question about who entered the Sweepstakes, the person who is assigned the email address used for registration will be considered the entrant. Make sure to use a valid email address or your entry will be disqualified.

 

Winning and Claiming: If you receive an email saying you've won, follow the instructions to claim your prize. You'll need to sign some documents, including an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and IRS Form W-9, and agree to allow the Sponsor to use your name and other information for promotional purposes. If you don't respond within 5 days or are disqualified for any reason, you may lose your chance to win.

 

General Conditions: The Sweepstakes may be cancelled, suspended, or modified if there are any problems with the integrity of the competition. If you're caught cheating or breaking the rules, you may be disqualified. You'll be responsible for paying taxes and any other fees associated with your prize. The Sponsor won't replace any lost or stolen prizes.

 

Release: By accepting a prize, you agree to release the Sponsor and Administrator from any claims or lawsuits related to the Sweepstakes or the prize. If you win, you may be asked to allow the Sponsor to use your name, address, likeness, voice, and/or quote for promotional purposes without any further payment or consideration. However, this may not apply in the State of Tennessee or where prohibited by law.

 

The promotion entities and other released parties are not responsible or liable for any costs, injuries, losses, or damages that may occur from participating in the Sweepstakes. It also includes a waiver of the right to a jury trial and the right to bring a class action lawsuit, as disputes relating to the Sweepstakes will be resolved through arbitration. The liability and damages are limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses and any rights to claim for punitive, incidental, or consequential damages are waived. The rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
